floxyhairplus.com offers its Customers the “RIGHT OF RETURN” guarantee, applicable within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them to us. You will be refunded as provided by the current legislation on the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005).

1. If you wish to return the order, you must first contact our Customer Service. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved without a return, we will be happy to accept it.

2. This communication must be sent by email within 7 days of receiving the goods. The email must include the bank details (name of the bank, branch name, IBAN) where the Customer wishes to receive the refund for the returned goods.

3. The products must be returned intact within 7 days of receipt and sent to us by registered or tracked mail with appropriate outer packaging, carefully sealed, in undamaged and unopened condition, and must not appear damaged or used. This package must be sent within 7 days of receiving the goods purchased from our website.

4. We disclaim any responsibility for damage, including loss or theft, caused to the packaging or the order during the return shipment.
5. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. It is not possible to return the order if the item and/or the packaging have been opened, damaged, or tampered with. This includes removing the hair from the package to try it on. As hair extensions and accessories constitute an exception under consumer rights legislation as “sealed goods not returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection”, we reserve the right to refuse the return or replacement if the products show clear signs of use, the packaging has been opened, or seals have been removed or tampered with.

• Products sent to our office beyond the specified time limits or without the above requirements cannot be refunded.
• Within 15 days of receiving the email or fax communication and the goods, floxyhairplus.com will issue a bank transfer for the full amount paid, excluding the shipping costs incurred by the customer for the purchase of the ordered goods, to the bank details provided.
