3. By using this website, you agree to comply with and accept these terms and conditions. These conditions apply to all visitors to our website and in particular to those who place an order through our site.
4. In the event that a court ruling declares one or more of these conditions invalid, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain fully effective.
5. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. We therefore recommend that you regularly refer to the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
ORDER
1. If you are under the age of 18, you should obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before placing an order through our website.2. Placing an order is quick and easy with floxyhairplus. You do not need to create an account first. You will create your account during the checkout process when placing your first online order.
3. Adding items to the cart: When shopping in a specific product category such as “Weft Hair,” you will find more information about a specific product by clicking on the item name or image. To add items to your cart, simply click on “Add to cart” while viewing the item you wish to purchase. To continue shopping and browsing, just move on to other pages until you have finished shopping. You can access your shopping cart contents at any time by clicking on the “Checkout” icon at the top of every page of our store. Please note that your cart is not permanent. If you put items in the cart and leave the site without checking out, the cart will be emptied and the items returned to the shelves.
4. Before leaving, take a moment to review all the items you have added to the cart. If you decide you no longer want to purchase a particular item, click the “x” on the advertising item you wish to remove and you will get a new total. If you wish to change the quantity of items purchased, remove the item from the cart and add it back again. When you are ready to place the order for everything in your cart, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. You will be directed to the first page of the ordering process.
5. Provide a shipping address. Tell us where you want your order shipped. Please fill in all fields with red stars to the right of them. Then you can choose “Create an account after the order” and you will get a username and password later. When you finish providing a shipping address, click on “Place order.”
6. Please check your billing address carefully. Incorrect billing addresses will be rejected by PayPal and the credit card system. The billing address may be different from the shipping address.

PAYMENT
For your privacy and security, we accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery (only for Italy). If you wish to pay by debit card, MasterCard or other card, please choose PayPal payment as PayPal accepts almost all cards. 1. The prices indicated on the website are in Euros, Dollars, and Pounds and include VAT.
2. Despite our best efforts, a limited number of items on our website may contain pricing errors. However, we guarantee that price verification is part of our shipping procedure. If the correct price of an item is lower than the stated price, you will be charged the lower amount. If the correct price of an item is higher than the stated price, we will contact you to cancel the order, unless you choose to proceed with the purchase of the item at the new price.
3. Prices exclude postal charges. These will be borne by you, even in the case of returned items.
4. At the time of ordering goods for delivery to a country other than Italy and the European Economic Area (EEA), the Buyer will be the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or other governmental charges may apply. These taxes and charges are not our responsibility and will not be borne by us. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to declare the goods to the competent authorities and pay any necessary fees within their country. We are not obliged to check or inform the Buyer about applicable taxes and duties. We recommend the Buyer contact their local customs office for more information.
DELIVERY TIME
1. Your order will be processed within 24 hours from receipt of full payment and delivered within 24/48 hours in Italy (excluding islands: Sicily, Sardinia) and the European Economic Area (EEA), except for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays. In these cases, the order will be processed on the next working day.2. Delivery time is calculated from the next working day and is indicated in business days.
3. The indicated delivery time is for reference only. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the specific delivery address. If you have a deadline, an appointment at a hairdresser, or other commitments, it is advisable to order well in advance to avoid unexpected delays. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments.
4. Delivery will be made to the address you provided at the time of order. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. We will do our best to cooperate with carriers in case a package needs to be redirected; however, final delivery to an incorrect address is an error we cannot correct. If delivery fails due to an error or oversight on your part (wrong address, missing name on mailbox, carrier not contacted as requested, order refused, etc.) or failure to pay any local taxes, any replacement shipping costs will be borne by you. These costs must be paid before the item is reshipped.
5. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by failure or delay in order delivery. We rely on the carrier to deliver the item to the specified address on time. In case of delay or loss, you should contact the carrier directly. However, you may also contact us directly with your order ID and shipping tracking number to facilitate locating and resolving the issue. If the delivery delay exceeds 21 days, you may cancel the order within thirty (30) days, except when the delay is due to an error or oversight on your part.
6. Once the item has been shipped, we will send you an email. For custom-made orders, the item must be produced first and then shipped.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. All products sold through our website are new and detailed in the online catalog. This information is provided by the manufacturer. Photos and product descriptions may not accurately reflect the product’s characteristics despite our attention to detail. We disclaim any liability for inaccuracies, errors, typos, and/or omissions on the website.CANCELLATIONS
1. Orders are processed and delivered to the carrier within 24 hours. Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours.2. There are no cancellation fees for requests to change or cancel an order. However, if the change involves replacing the order with a more expensive item, you will be responsible for paying the price difference before the order is processed.
3. If you make a mistake or want to cancel the order after processing and delivery to the carrier, we will not be able to intervene until we receive the order. You will need to receive the order first and then return it to: Floxyhairplus Piazza Garibaldi 20, 28068 Romentino, Italy for a refund.
4. If you refuse delivery of the package and/or send it back to the sender, we are not obligated to provide a refund.
floxyhairplus.it offers its Customers a “RIGHT OF RETURN” guarantee, applicable within 7 days from the receipt of the goods. If you are not satisfied with the received merchandise, you can send it back to us. You will be refunded as provided by the current legislation on the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005).
1. If you wish to return your order, you must first contact our Customer Service. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved without returning the goods, we will be happy to accept the return.
2. Such communication must be sent via email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The email must include the bank details (bank name, branch name, IBAN) where the Customer wishes to receive the refund for the returned merchandise.
3. Products must be returned intact within 7 days of receipt and sent to us by registered or trackable mail with appropriate external packaging, carefully sealed and in original, undamaged, and unused condition. 4. We disclaim any responsibility for damages, including those caused by loss or theft, to the packaging or order during the return shipment.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. It is not possible to return the order if the item and/or its packaging have been opened, damaged, or tampered with. This includes removing hair from the package to try it. Since hair extensions and hair accessories are an exception to consumer rights legislation as “sealed goods not returnable for hygiene or health protection reasons,” we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the products show obvious signs of use, or if the packaging has been opened or the seals removed or broken.
Attention
• Products sent beyond the specified deadlines to our facility without the above-mentioned requirements will not be refunded.
• Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are custom-made items such as wigs, clips, and custom colors. Within 15 days from receipt of the communication via email or fax and the returned goods, floxyhairplus.it will issue a bank transfer credit for the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs borne by the customer for the purchase of the ordered goods, to the bank details provided to us.

Please note: any returned product that is damaged, used, or missing its original packaging will not be refunded; products must be received by our team in their original condition.
Warranty
1. It is guaranteed that all items sold are free from material and manufacturing defects and are produced in compliance with industry standards. The above-mentioned warranty is non-transferable and not usable by any other person, and excludes all other warranties provided in this document, whether expressed or implied by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No agent, employee, or representative of our company has the authority to bind us to any representation, statement, or warranty regarding the items, and such representation, statement, or warranty shall not be considered part of the basis of this agreement and shall be unenforceable. Any declared defect in material or workmanship shall be considered waived by you unless submitted in writing within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the order.2. We are not responsible for the above warranties in cases where damage or loss is caused by improper application or use of the items.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. Hair extension products found to be defective, incorrectly supplied, or invoiced due to an error by Floxyhairplus will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the buyer, provided that:• The buyer notifies Floxyhairplus in writing of the defect or error, and
• The buyer makes the hair extension products available for Floxyhairplus to collect from the original delivery address without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which the buyer informs Floxyhairplus.
2. This warranty is granted by Floxyhairplus on the condition that Floxyhairplus shall not be liable in any way for any defect resulting from wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Floxyhairplus’s instructions and/or care guidelines, misuse, alteration, or repair without Floxyhairplus’s approval.
3. Where any valid claim relating to any goods, based on a defect in the quality or condition of the products or their failure to meet specifications, is notified to Floxyhairplus in accordance with these terms, Floxyhairplus is authorized to repair or replace the goods (or the relevant part) free of charge or, at Floxyhairplus’s sole discretion, refund the purchaser the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but Floxyhairplus shall have no further liability to the purchaser.
4. Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Company, the Company shall not be liable to the purchaser for any statement, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses, or other consequential claims of any kind (and caused by negligence of Floxyhairplus, its employees or agents or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods and services or their use or resale by the purchaser.
5. Floxyhairplus shall not be liable to the purchaser nor be deemed to be in breach of contract for any delay in performance or failure to perform any of Floxyhairplus’s obligations in relation to the goods if such delay or failure is caused by any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be considered causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company:
• Acts of God, adverse weather conditions, explosions, floods, storms, fires, or accidents.
• War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil unrest, or requisition.
• Acts, restrictions, regulations, statutory decrees, prohibitions, or measures of any kind by any governmental, parliamentary, or local authority.
• Import or export regulations or embargoes.
• Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions or trade disputes (involving employees of the Company or third parties).
• Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labor, fuel, parts, or machinery.
• Power outages or failures of any vehicle or machinery or computer malfunction.
• Imposition of stopping, waiting, parking, or similar restrictions that delay or prevent the Company from reasonably affecting the delivery of the goods.
